To get a Universal Express pass scan your park admission tickets
through a Universal Express machine at your chosen attraction.
You will be offered two different return times. Selecting
your preferred time gives you a Universal Express pass with
the time printed. You are allowed one hour after the start
time to visit the attraction.
To
use your Universal Express ticket show it at the Universal
Express location at the attraction at the designated time
to start the attraction.
Further
Universal Express tickets are allowed after either:
1. You have used your current Universal Express ticket.
2. The hour timeslot for
your current Universal Express ticket has expired.
3. Two hours have passed since obtained your existing Universal
Express ticket.

If
you stay at one of the three Universal Orlando Resort Hotels
(Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, or Royal Pacific Resort)
you will have unlimited Express access to all the Universal
Express rides.
You
will not even have to use the Universal Express ticket system.
Just show your hotel room key card at the Universal Express
entrances for immediate access. A really worthwhile perk of
staying in the excellent, though expensive resort hotels.
