This Pavilion is the first to the left of the lagoon and is often bustling
with visitors. Inside it feels as thought you've been transported to a
cool summer evening in a busy plaza in Mexico. Often the strains of a
mariachi band fill the night air. In addition, authentic Mexican artifacts
are scattered throughout the pavilion.
The
Mexican Pavilion also features the boat ride "El Rio del Tiempo",
the river of time. It can get busy, so visiting early in the afternoon
or later in the evening is a good idea. The boat ride is a relaxing tour
through Mexico's history.

Mexico is my favorite showcase country. It is the first stop if you go around clockwise, featuring a great central market area and a fun ride. There is a great spirit of being somewhere far away from a Disney theme park if you take your time in the Mexico showcase. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
