Mission: Space is an intensity attraction that exerts reasonable G-forces.
It is therefore not a ride for everyone, but for those that ride it, the
experience is one you will remember.
A
nice preshow section is followed by boarding the capsule and preparing
for blast off on your space flight. The initial G-forces of blast off
are followed by the sensation of weightlessness. This is followed by more
acceleration and then a period of hyper-sleep where everything stops for
a few seconds. Warning of a meteor shower follow with an exciting Mars
landing to conclude.
The
sensations of G-force and weightlessness are intense but not as extreme
as a big coaster. The novelty of the experience make this very different
to other rides and something worth braving the physical intensity.
