planning
your day
The following are the parks headliner attractions. They are
therefore the ones with the longest lines so you should consider
always holding a FASTPASS
for one of them. Being headliner attractions means they are
best seen at the start of the day before the crowds arrive.
1.
Space Mountain (Tomorrowland)
2. Splash Mountain (Frontierland)
3. Big
Thunder Mountain (Frontierland)
4. Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
(Tomorrowland)
5. The Haunted Mansion (Liberty Square)
6. Pirates of the Caribbean (Adventureland)
Firstly,
as with all parks in Orlando, you should arrive before the
park opens as this is always the least crowded time. It is
worth starting at park opening by going to Frontierland. Both
Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain are right next to
each other. Get a FASTPASS for the one with the longer line
and line up and ride the other one. Next go an line up for
Haunted Mansion just around in Liberty Square. After your
scary mansion trip head back and ride either Splash Mountain
or Big Thunder Mountain with your FASTPASS.
It is now time to get a new FASTPASS. Go over to Tomorrowland
and get a FASTPASS for Space Mountain then line
up and ride Alien Encounter. If there is time after Alien
Encounter before your Space Mountain FASTPASS starts go to
Fantasyland for the bizarre It's a Small World. You may also
have time to line up and ride Peter Pan across from It's a
Small World before riding Space Mountain.
Just
before riding Space Mountain get a FASTPASS for Buzz Lightyear.
After Space Mountain you will have time before you can use
the FASTPASS on Buzz. This is a good time to have a break
and also ride the Tomorrowland Transport Authority. If you
want to fit more in at this point make your way over to Adventureland
and ride Pirates of the Caribbean, and try to see Enchanted
Tiki Birds and Country Bear Jamboree.
Timetable
the rest of your day to fit in some relaxing time to get a
snack or some drinks in amongst the attractions. A full Magic
Kingdom day can take it out of you, breaks will allow you
recovery time. Don't forget the afternoon parade (usually
at 3pm) and the fireworks (when the park closes).
