review
A typical flume ride with a Disney twist. The ride takes passengers through
the Brer Rabbit story, including animatronic characters and plenty of
music. The final drop is enough of a thrill and although riders will get
wet, it's more of a splash than a good soaking, unless you ride in the
front seat.
This
is one of the most popular rides in the park and lines can get extremely
long. It is best to ride first thing in the morning. You may want to consider
using the Walt Disney World Railroad at Main Street to get to Frontierland
as the park opens. Other options are fastpass and parade times, when most
lines get shorter.
If
you do not wish to get wet, do not ride Splash Mountain. Some riders get
wetter than others on splashdown. Splash Mountain can be a welcome cool-down
on a hot afternoon. Remember that you'll be soggy after riding and plan
accordingly.

This log flume has an amazing amount to see compared to any other I have been on. The middle section goes through an amazing section of scenary along with some fun drops while you are left anticipating the big final drop. I thought the final drop would be more brutal than it actually was which was a nice surprise. I got a little wet but not soaked on this ride. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
